Collaboration: Fosters Active Sharing
The Ministry Leadership Center (MLC) has designed and implemented a three-year experience-based formation program for more than 700 senior managers. In addition to the professional resident staff, we draw upon experts from across the U.S. to address specific curricula.
The success of our program is evident in our participants’ experience and documented in the recently published study “Ministry Leadership Formation – Engaging with Leaders”.
